Literally “Vasilicos”- fit for a king- our breakfasts are served on your private terrace, at the time of your choice, based on your requests. Choose from a wide selection of pastries, breads, and cereals, meats and cheeses or opt for our traditional Santorini breakfast.
Our room service menu is carefully chosen to strike the perfect balance between the familiar and the adventurous, the "must try" traditional delicacies and those all time classic pool-side dishes. Look out for the daily specials made to our grandmother's recipes, or follow our chef as he gets creative with the fantastic local produce. Kali orexi!!
After dusk, when the stars start twinkling, we will set up a private candlelight dinner, just for two, on your terrace or in your suite. You can either choose from a selection of menus, or discuss with our chef to create your own. Please contact us in advance.
Our cuisine reflects the honest and elegant family house style that the hotel represents. Our in-house chef chooses his dishes based on Cycladic and Cretan produce. Local, fresh, seasonal ingredients are used to create light mezze and salads, traditional Greek specials, vegetarian meals and delicious fish dishes. A variety of cheeses from the neighbouring islands, local assyrtiko wine and the sweet vinsanto digestif usually complement these meals.
Passionate about food and detail,Kyrkos fell in love with Vasilicos when he first visited, in 2008. Since then, he has devoted time and labour to create delicious dishes for us and present them in a way that reflects the unique style of the property, while working in renowned restaurants around the Mediterranean basin and beyond, such as Pil-Poul, Chez Jerome Serres, Aristera-Dexia, Balthazar (Athens) De Bijgaarden (Belgium), U-Bay (Lebanon), Macakizi (Bodrum)
