Unpretentiously authentic, our cuisine reflects what a holiday at The Vasilicos should feel like. Yannis, our in-house chef, designs his dishes based on the best of local, fresh produce, bringing cheeses and cured meats from the neighbouring islands of Crete and Naxos, and coaxing fishermen for their catch. Seasonal ingredients are used to create light mezze and salads, traditional Greek specials, vegetarian meals and delicious seafood dishes. Our sister winery Vassaltis Vineyards produces award winning Assyrtico wine, and we complement our wine list with other delicious – mostly Greek – wines. Do not leave without sampling the sweet vinsanto digestif theat usually signifies the end of the meal, along with a tiny piece of baklava, handmade by us, of course.
