Meet the team:
they are on site every single day for six months, with a smile. They run up and down the stairs, bringing and fetching, watering, sweeping and preparing. They remember your name, know what your favourite breakfast dish is, and if you stay long enough, what your favourite spot is. They clean the pool, sweep the steps and pour the wine. Each little basil leaf that adorns your plate has been watered, cut, and carefully positioned by them, no corner has been left unattended. Constant, smiling and unsung, they are the arms, legs and beating heart of The Vasilicos.
