VASSALTIS DEGUSTATION @ VASSALTIS VINEYARDS

Vassaltis Vineyards has created an inspired degustation menu that boldly combines a handful of ingredients to bring out the true nature of each of the winery’s labels. Drawing from the way in which the Santorini terroire produces a handful of grape varieties and the way in which Vassaltis’ oenologists skilfully combine these to produce their unique labels, this is a culinary experience way off the beated cheese-platter track.
