(To build) A (Temporary) Home – call for tenders
BACKGROUND
The Vasilicos, formally the private hideaway of a passionate art collector, has been converted into an award-winning constellation of seven elegant suites, perfectly perched on the magnificent Santorini Caldera. True to our heritage as a sanctuary for artists, lovers, poets and madmen, we are now in search of the former, for an ad hoc, unstructured collaboration that is less of a residency and more of an escape for both.
ELIGIBILITY

This project is intended to break routine, on both sides. It is meant to be lighthearted and easy-going, interesting and fun for all involved.
We are open to anyone who gets excited at the idea of such a creative escape despite our very narrow parameters. We would love to hear why The Vasilicos resonates with you at this time, how we might be a refreshing escape from what you are currently doing, what you imagine will happen when you get here, and how a mere two-night spark would be enough to ignite a creative flame. Please take into consideration that we are very quiet, very small, very exclusive, and usually very full, so your visit needs to be clean, quiet, and very discreet!
WHAT WE OFFER
apart from a change
2-3 nights accommodation and half board, in April or October, availability permitting. Peace, beauty, elegance, endless blue – and of course, one of the most awe-inspiring views on Earth.
OUTCOME
To be too precise here would defy the point. Let’s just say that we are hoping for a tangible outcome, but that the details depend on the medium, the muses and the specific circumstances – to be discussed.

to influencers, social media content creators, fashion models and their photographers, or anyone looking to strike Santorini off their bucket list.
